Does Montenegro need more love or more money? Does Ivana need more love or more money? More hugs or more money?

Does a teenager, or an adult need more love or more sex?

Does a child or teenager in Montenegro need more money or more emotional security?

More education or more emotional security?

What does the world need now? More money, more education or more love, more hugs and more emotional security?

Parents: What are you more concerned about... how your child or teenagers feel or how they behave?

Remember: Feelings predict behavior

What are most psychologists more concerned about? Feelings or behavior? Have you ever heard of behavior modification? Have you ever heard of feelings modification? Are psyccholgists more concerned about how rats feel or how they behave?

If you own slaves, what are you more concerned with... how the slave feels or how he acts? In other words, how he feels or what he does.

If you are a teacher, what are you more concerned about? Your student's feelings, or their behavior?

If you are an officer in the army, what are you more concerned about? Feelings or behavior?

What were the communists more concerned about? Feelings or behavior? What about the capitalists?

To make the world a better place, should we be more concerned with feelings or behavior?

Hint: Feelings predict behavior.

What does a suicidal teenager need? More love, more understanding or more money? Or more education? More hugs? More emotional security? More emotional safety? Or more judgment, more punishment, more "behavior modificatoin", and more control?

What does Ivan's sister need more of? More understanding or more judgment and control? More acceptance or more rejection?

What does Ivan's girlfriend need more of? What does Ivan need more of? More money or more people who care about him? More people trying to control him or more people who care about him? More people trying to educate him or more people who try to understand him? What does his sister need? More people judging her and trying to control her or more people who care about her? Why does Ivan want her to do the things he thinks she "should" do? I forgot to ask him how he feels. I doubt anyone has ever asked him how he feels about his sister.

I won't sit back and watch people I care about hurt each other. I won't use them to make more money for myself. I simply won't.

It bothers me. It hurts me to see. It keeps me awake at night. It is now 4:40 and I have been up since about 3:30.

Tonight I have one hostel guest from Italy, Stefano, and one Couchsurfer staying here. Just for the record.

Ivan thought about opening a bowling alley and a paintball park here to make money. But would this help the people of Montenegro? Have any of his teachers talked about what would help the people here? Or is it more about how to make money from the tourists? Will Montenegro be a better place to live as the people here make more money from tourism? Is Budva now a better community? Is it a better place to raise your children? Is the new high school "better" than the old high school? Will the teenagers have more freedom or less? Is Montenegro becoming more free, or less? Will the next generation be happier, or less? Will theire be more teen suicide, or less? Will people drink, smoke and gamble more, or less?
