so after a while it got me depressed

there are those, also, that don't even realize the power of a friendship that has an emotional bond. there are some people that, or i should say most people i guess, that think that friendships are... well, friends are people to have fun with
and they don't think that there are friends who they can cry with and love
some don't even care what their friends think about certain matters of theirs
some people don't allow relationships with an emotional bond to be possible
because they don't realize that they need it

im trying to catagorize typical people right now
let me see, um. let me go from where i left off. well, some people are too insecure about themselves to have emotional relationships too
now that im thinking of it, why is it considered unprofessional to connect with ur patients as a psychologist or psychiatrist?
hmm, actually, i could think of many reasons why people would consider it so

i think that the fact a psychologist would want to act professional in the terms of how society sees it that way it actually making them less professional
it's actually sort of ironic
if a psychologist would seek to connect with another patient, they could really help them with their problems and work them through them
the fact that they don't do that makes it impossible to understand certain problems in an individual, which where the irony comes up
it seems they are less professional now, since they cannot fully understand everything of a patient
so this position that psychologists take is unprofessional when they strive to look professional
there's a word im looking for for something like this but i can't quite think of it
it's just crazy that it comes to this
people really need to think of what is really professional and unprofessional
people need to break these social rules and constraints
we need to be more open with each other, ask another a question when we are curious; think about all the things in life, and what is restricted and regarded as foolish unnecessarily
question school, perhaps?
why we need to do this and this and this to get this certificate which will help with this and this and this
why is it needed at all?
why do we need to do this and this and this in the first place?
there are some that argue that society wouldn't function properly if things weren't the way they are now
well, have u ever thought of what we could do to change the stupidity of things AND keep society functioning?
optimism needs to be encouraged!
if i were to bring up questions like these to actual school officials, i would get avoidance answers and lectures on information that is unimportant like "You're in school so you can be successful."

i have this case for something in the Bible that i typically challenge to Christians and i always get the same answer, or at least similar ones
ok, well, there's something in the bible where being gay is wrong and what not
and well, i researched it and learned overtime that, it's a natural thing to be a different sexuality such as that
so...
when i ask christians why being gay or bi or whatever is a sin, the answer of "it's a choice" comes up a lot, or "Whether or not those people are that way, they are still wonderful people and...", and then, well, they don't even think about this at all as deeply as i do
and i tell them to go look it up
but there's really no point to that lol
they don't realize that they are supporting something that is treating some aspect of life in people unfairly
so some people should be treated as if they've sinned while others don't regardless of whether it's a choice or not?
most people just regard it as a choice and remain ignorant about it though
which is kinda sad

ive come so far
2 years ago i was so naive
my stupid religion made me that way
and being uneducated by my mom
until i started talking to people and getting depressed myself and eventually reading ur site i now understand so much about human way and behavior
at least to a certain extent where i feel informed
it makes me feel empowered

eventually i found out what was really important in life
not people judgments or anything like that
